- General information
All product are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
Prices are excluding any local import-taxes in the destination country.
The shipping cost will automatically be calculated and displayed in the shopping basket.
Goods are shipped the same day the order is given, or the next working day if ordered after 13:00 (CET + 1).
Delivery is available as either PostDanmark Airmail, or Fedex. Delivery by PostDanmark Airmail is typically within 2-7 days in most of Europe, and 1-2 weeks to the rest of the world, while delivery by Fedex is typically within 1-2 days in most of Europe, and 2-5 days for the rest of the world.
Payment is by creditcard. Payment is withdrawn from the card only when the order is fully shipped.
In case of questions before or after the sale, please contact WB Electronics ApS by email or phone. If you experience any problems with the product, don't hesitate contacting us, or use the free supportpages and forum.
If you are not satisfied with the product bought through the wb_webstore, you may return it for a refund within 2 weeks after receiving the product. The product must be in same condition as received, and in original packaging. Goods subject to wear and tear (for instance programmable devices with a limited number of write cycles like most cards) and other consumable goods (for instance printer toner) which have already been taken into use, are not refundable. Before returning a product you must contact us by phone or email. The shipping cost is not refundable. Business orders (B2B) in general are not refundable.
- Warranties
All WB Electronics products have a two year limited warranty covering any product defects.
WB Electronics will repair or replace defective products during the warranty period provided WB Electronics finds the product to be defective.
WB Electronics reserves the right to replace a defective product with a newer/better model.

Infinity® is a registered trademark of WB Electronics.
In regards to the products of WB Electronics you may not; modify, copy, reproduce, create derivative works from any of WB Electronics products without prior written agreement.
You may not use WB Electronics software with any products not developed by WB Electronics including products modified, copied or reproduced by other parties without prior written agreement.

Your use of the products is at your own risk. WB Electronics is not liable for any damages of any kind arising from use of the products, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
You may use 3rd party software in conjunction with WB Electronics products to expand the usability of the product.
WB Electronics is not liable for any damages or other legal issues arising from using 3rd party software with WB Electronics products.
